FRSPCShutdown triggers the operating system to shut the computer down. All applications will exit gracefully. If they have unsaved data, you will be prompted to save the data. FRSPCShutdown does the exact same thing your normal computer shut-down procedure does, except for all the questions that Windows asks you.
